Q:How long does it take to receive a Business Information Report?
A:Americas, Europe, Greater China Region takes approximately 7-10 days. Request for reports from other Countries or Regions takes approxiamtely 10-20 days.

Q:Does all reports have Financial statements in it?
A:No, we can't gurantee. It depends on domestic regulation and if the subject is willing to submit the statement.

Q:Where does Dun & Bradstreet get its data?
A:The Dun & Bradstreet Data Cloud is comprised of over 300 million business records and provides unparalleled depth and breadth of business information, with each record containing thousands of attributes. It is curated from tens of thousands of sources - including government, court, public records and our World-Wide Network of global data partners - and is updated 5 million times per day. All Data content has been carefully verified and in compliance with local and global regulation.

Q:What information does it have in the report?
A:The information provided dependent on the size of the company and vaires by openness of public information in each countries. Generally, the report can be categorized in 5 major sections: Business Summary, Finanical Information, Payment history and trends, Public Record filings and D&B Rating.

Q:Whats the difference between a regular report and a comprehensive report?​​​​​​​
A:Regular Business Information Report (BIR) consists of Business Summary, D&B Rating and Financial Stress Score, Payments history and outstanding records, suits, bank information, company history, operation, family tree, news media and indutry information etc. For Comprehensive reports, it consists of all elements in regular BIR plus analytical graphs, charts and industry outlook. (Previous 3-5 years Financial Statements included).

Q:Can I get a Sample Report?
A:Yes, Please visit https://www.dnb.com.tw/Sample-BIR to generate a sample report.

Q:Does the report only come in English?​​​​​​​
A:If you subscribe to companies in Taiwan and China, we do provide reports in Chinese. Companies in all other regions are all in English.

Q:How do I monitor the progress of the report?​​​​​​​
A:When we received your payment, the local reporting team will begin the investigation process immediately. Completion time varies across countries. We will email the final report once completed. For any further questions regarding this matter, please contact our Customer Services Team for more information.

Q:I want to subscribe to multiple companies, what should I do?​​​​​​​
A:Please contract our representatives for subscription services.

Q:What to do when I can't find my target company in your database?​​​​​​​

Payments
Q:What forms of payment do you accept?
A:Dun & Bradstreet only accepts wire transfers. You may find Dun & Bradstreet Taiwan payment details in the confirmation email of your order.

Q:How Do I get my invoice?
A:Upon completion of the transaction, please call or email us your payment details. You will obtain the E-Invoice once we acknowledge the payments.
